February 20th, 2008. Total Lunar Eclipse visible in North America. Here are a series of Photos shot through one of two telescopes. Either a 100MM ED Skywatcher (F9 900MM) or a William Optics 80mm FD scope (F5.6 575mm). We had 4 scopes set up in our driveway. The two scopes with cameras (Rebel XT and 30D) were on computerized tracking mounts. We also had a 6" Skywatcher Dobsonian (the kids scope) and a William Optics Zenithstar 66mm (my travel scope) on a photo tripod. Neighbors were invited to come over and view through the scopes.
Whoops I moved the tracking by accident while taking the picture.
